has been used since ancient times.
Anise is very aromatic and sweet, distinguished by its
licorice-like flavor. Used to flavor Turkish Raki, Arab Arak,
Greek Ouzo, Italian Sambuca etc.

Usually aniseed is planted during April or May. After 4 months later (end of July) aniseeds are ready for the harvest.Process Types:
